We offer a time range of arrival due to parameters outside our control such as traffic and requirements to empty the tanks on our vehicles. However, we will contact you via text/email with a 2 hour arrival window and will notify you when our technicians are on the way, when they arrive and when they complete the work.

Any parts or equipment used for repairs are guaranteed under the warranty of the product. Inspections for real estate cannot be guaranteed past the day of inspection as we are not responsible for system uses once we leave the appointment.

Flat rate pricing for all standard sized OSSF systems. Complimentary 20 pt inspection with all septic system cleanings. We will include up to 30 minutes of located and digging labor.

Ensure that the system and a water hose are accessible. Have all necessary gates unlocked. Any possible obstructions such as hanging branches over drive ways need to be cleared. Our trucks are 14-16ft tall and the vehicles can only confidently work if within 150 ft of tank and no higher than 10 ft from surface of tank. If surface of tank is more than 6 inches under ground level, ensure the ports are uncovered for fast efficient service.

For all standard residential systems we offer flat rate pricing that includes mileage, removal of waste, location and excavation labor (up to 6 inches). If your system is over sized from 2000 gallons, more than 6 inches undergound, or we are unable to locate the tank, there could be additional fees. Call for more details.

For most septic services we will not need to enter your home or office. All of our work is outdoors. As long as our technicians have clear path access to the systems and a waterhose, they will be able to complete the work without interrupting your day.
